Eastern Property Services was awarded the Boroondara Gatehouse refurbishment project in November, 2018.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

  • Careful demolition of heritage features for internal structural modifications

  • New staff kitchen, bathroom and DDA bathroom

  • New joinery to reception

  • Full refurbishment of all meeting rooms, offices and reception incorporating period features

  • Reconstruct rear stairs and landing

  • New HVAC, electrical and plumbing

  • Construct new external doorway to replicate heritage facade
